I’ll be honest with you…
👉 I don’t always enjoy working out.
There are days I’d rather do just about anything else.
But I’ve learned something over time:
You don’t have to love working out—you just have to do it.
What helped me most?
👉 Keeping it simple.
I stopped trying to do long, complicated workouts and focused on something I could actually stick with:
30 minutes. That’s it.
Here’s what that looks like:
A quick warm-up
A few basic strength exercises
A short cool-down
Nothing fancy. Just consistent.
And here’s the truth:
👉 Consistency beats intensity every time
Especially after 50.
If you’re like me and don’t always feel motivated…
Don’t wait for motivation.
👉 Start moving—and motivation will follow.
I put together a simple 30-minute routine here:

Stay consistent,
