Here’s the truth most people ignore:
👉 It’s not about how much you lift
👉 It’s about how well you lift it
If your form is off:
You’re not hitting the right muscles
You’re putting stress on your joints
You’re increasing your risk of injury
And breathing?
Most people don’t even think about it.
Simple rule:
👉 Exhale when you push or lift
👉 Inhale when you lower
It sounds basic…
