I had one of those moments this week.

I set my phone down… and a few minutes later, I had no idea where it was.

Years ago, I could remember instantly. Now? Not so much.

When I finally found it, I caught myself asking:
“Why did I even put it there?”

That’s when it hit me…

As we get older, we can’t rely on “autopilot” the way we used to.

So I started doing something simple:

👉 I say it out loud.

“I’m putting my phone on the table.”
“I’m placing my keys by the door.”

It sounds small—but it works.

💡 Weekly Tip

Turn off autopilot.
Be intentional with simple actions.

It helps your memory—and your focus.
