Yesterday, I walked into the gym at 9:30 AM…
and I had absolutely no energy.
I mean none.
I felt like I was on life support just trying to finish my routine.
What made it worse?
👉 The day before at 5 AM, I felt great.
Same workout. Completely different result.
That’s when it hit me…
Your body has a “best time” to work out—and it changes as you get older.
Here’s what I’ve started doing:
Tracking my workout times
Noting my energy levels
Adjusting my schedule
And it’s made a difference.
One more thing…
If you’re tracking your progress (and you should be):
Photos
Workout logs
Notes
👉 Don’t lose it.
I back everything up so I don’t lose years of progress.

Stay consistent,
